Who am I? I am a post graduate student at the University of Westminster in London, England. I am conducting this research under supervision for my doctoral thesis. If you have any questions about this survey you can e-mail one of my supervisors by clicking here: commssy@wmin.ac.uk
What does this survey cover? As well as questions on your use and experiences of email, it asks about your general health and well-being, your age, sex, profession etc.
Your responses are confidential. All survey data will be pooled, identified by numbers and held in the strictest of confidence. They will be used for academic analysis and the overall results will be published. A summary of what you have told us, and more information on the study (debriefing) will be at this address during summer 2002.
Participation. If you decide to take part, you are free to discontinue at any time. Please try to answer each question as honestly as you can. Disregard any questions that you do not wish to answer. Completing the questionnaire should take no more than 10 minutes. I appreciate your interest and support.
